Magaliesberg Mountains, starting from Sparkling Waters Hotel, Rustenburg

X-streme Gorge X-perience:

XGX  is the fun activity of following a river’s course down a kloof / gorge. Some of these are normally dry kloofs where the river only flows late in the rainy season and others are wet kloofs where the river flows all year round, sometimes with compulsory swims along the way.

Because water always follows the steepest route downhill, XGX sometimes involves Abseiling, jumping and bum-slides.

Summary
Duration:	8 hours / full day depending on group size and fitness levels
Venue:	We start and end our XGX trips at the Sparkling Waters Hotel, close to Rustenburg.
When:	Every day, subject to availability.
Other:	• Ages 16 and older only • The ability to swim is an advantage, but not required, as we fit clients with excellent PFD’s (Personal Flotation Devices / Life-jackets)
